QUESTION: bear is almost 18 mo old. he weighs 105. he's been holding steady at that weight for about 6 mo. i know that they tend to thicken up at some point and possibly hit another growth spurt? when does that tend to happen and how much more do they generally gain in weight?

thanks -christy

hey, i agree edea, it is addictive. it's such a fun thing to do w/you babies. and i, too, think, "if only this, if only that..." like, if only bear didn't scare the poop out of that judge! he's doing really well back home, by the way. i think the totally new environment was very hard on hi...

Bear is now 1 and Jag (weim) is 8. Bear LOVES Jag and they play rough - only once did i hear it get serious. Jag gave Bear a little too hard of a bite and you know the old saying, "it's all fun and games until someone gets hurt"! true for boys and true for boy dogs! Bear gave a mean ...

bear is 1 now and i still have to "let" him win because i would win if i wanted to. he's over 100lb. now. so, really, that's not an issue. the only reason i don't wrestle w/my dogs is that my weim almost knocked my front tooth out when we were wrestling a few years ago. and he's a lightwei...
